Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own site.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run our business, who process data on our behalf: our website host and form handler (Netlify), our email provider (Microsoft), and our accountants. Where a provider stores data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations. We may also share data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that don't lead to business for up to 24 months. We keep customer and supplier records for six years after the end of the relationship, to meet UK tax and accounting rules.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email sales@starla.uk to make a request. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
