Splashery

Splashery makes bath time easier on parents: a 5-in-1 bath kneeler set with a knee pad, elbow rest, muslin towel, bath markers and a free bath-time app. We worked with the founder from the product set to the finished brand, so every touchpoint tells the same story.

ClientRoute to market

Premium supplements producer

A high-end supplements maker selling mainly direct to consumers wanted to reach more retail customers without diluting its premium positioning. We advised on how to get there.

  • Map of channels: marketplaces, specialist retail and distribution partners
  • Channel pricing that protects margin and the premium price point
  • Marketplace readiness: listings, barcodes and compliance
  • Introductions to distribution partners

Client name withheld for confidentiality.

The brief

Reach retail customers. Keep the premium.

The same thinking applies to any brand moving from direct sales to marketplaces and retail: choose channels in the right order, and set prices that every channel can live with.
