For the latest and greatest electronic products that are currently being produced by the manufacturers, there is a direct manufacturer warranty that will get you covered.

For the End of Life and discontinued products where warranty is no longer supported by the manufacturers, we stand by the quality of our products and offer an unbeatable 2 years STARLA warranty so you can reach out to our friendly team with any issues about the products.

For STARLA branded products we offer a 3 years warranty to give you a complete piece of mind.

What Does Our Warranty Not Cover?

This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by (a) accident, abuse, or neglect; (b) use contrary to the instructions, user manual, or specifications, (including shock, electrostatic discharge, degaussing, heat or humidity, or use beyond data read-write limits); (c) improper installation, operation, maintenance or modification; (d) lost passwords; or (e) malfunctions caused by other equipment. This warranty is void if a Product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations (including the unauthorised removal of any component or external cover). This limited warranty does not cover data loss – back up the contents of your Product to a separate storage medium on a regular basis. Also, consequential damages; incidental damages; and costs related to data recovery, removal, and installation are not recoverable under this warranty. 

What Will STARLA Do?

If we authorise you to return your Product to us, STARLA will replace your Product without charge with a functionally equivalent replacement Product. STARLA may replace your Product with a Product that was previously used, re-certified and tested to meet required specifications. STARLA will pay to ship the replacement Product to you. By sending Product for replacement, you agree to transfer ownership of the original Product back to STARLA and STARLA will not return your original Product to you. Data recovery, advance replacement option, or other warranty-related offerings or service plans are not covered under this l warranty and are not part of the covered replacement process.
